Sunrise at Noosa Heads with Eden Cotterell

Eden Cotterell from Chic Brisbane joined me at sunrise to capture the magic of Noosa, and this shoot marked the third time we’ve worked together. It’s no surprise that she’s also the cover star of Issue Two of my zine (link to buy it). Eden’s striking blue eyes and natural ability in front of the camera make every collaboration seamless and inspiring.

We started the day at Alexandra Bay, one of Noosa’s most stunning and secluded locations, as the first light crept over the horizon. Eden wore a blue bikini from Vincija Swim, effortlessly blending into the serene coastal setting. Afterward, we paused to enjoy some fresh peaches and styled her with a wide-brim hat and breezy linen pants to capture a more relaxed, natural vibe.

As the morning progressed, Eden transitioned into a vibrant bikini from the Aussie brand Its Now Cool, perfectly complementing the vivid backdrop of the bay. Her ease in front of the lens brought energy to every frame. Later in the day, we moved to the bustling Main Beach at Noosa Heads for the final leg of the shoot.

At Main Beach, Eden wore a bold red bikini from Color Swimwear paired with stylish sunglasses from Sass and Bide. One of the more playful moments involved an inflatable swan—a balancing act that was as entertaining as it was challenging! We wrapped up in the shade, with Eden in a sleek black bikini set from Mon Ete, closing out the day with timeless, understated shots.

Eden is a standout model—her confidence, movement, and presence elevate every shoot. It’s shoots like this that make Noosa’s natural beauty even more memorable. Scroll through the gallery to see how the day unfolded.
