Sunrise in the sea with Tash Knox

Tash Knox from Scoop Management had an excellent idea of what she wanted to do for this shoot back near the start of the year—a sunrise swim in a dress. I’ve shot at Shelley Beach in Sydney’s north a few times but never felt like I’ve quite nailed it. This was the strongest shoot shoot I’ve done there. It’s a beautiful picturesque spot protected from the wind, but the sunrise is hard to capture rising from behind the beach; we were fortunate as the light struck perfectly, giving depth to our magnificent backdrop.

Triangl Swim provided all sparkly swimwear; the rest was from Tash’s wardrobe.
