A staycation with Sophie Walker from Merci

I shot Sophie Walker from Merci by the pool with another perfect spring afternoon in full swing. We steadily worked through ten rolls of film between a mixture of coconut water and mangoes. As usual, completely unedited, with a bit of help from my Sunbounce and a few shots using a Profoto B1X. We worked our way through a few looks before the light got low, and Sophie froze.

Thanks to Sophie for baring the cold for those last few shots in the pool. I think photographers, myself included, forget what it’s like to put yourself through it for a photo.
