Mia at Sunrise in Byron

On my last morning in, I photographed with Mia. The last time I worked with Mia was my first shoot in Byron almost two years ago. It was great to end my trip in the same way it had started two years ago; I had been rushing that first shoot, not stopping for breaks, after staying the night in Port Macquarie. I arrived 15 minutes late for that shoot, and the sunset was perfect. This time I was early by 15 minutes, scoping the shoot spot and thinking about what I wanted. Two years ago, I was just figuring it out as I went. This time, I came up with a plan looking for more interesting posing while trying to keep it natural. It was a tough morning for both of us as the winter breeze was setting in, and it was significantly colder than when I had first headed north two weeks before.
