A studio day with Alisa and Lea

On my first day on the Gold Coast, Tianna from Que Models lined up two indoor tests for me in their small office studio. Many of you might find this a shock, as my push has been to create outdoors. Surprisingly, my first few years learning the ropes of photography was spent learning lighting as a photography assistant in a thriving commercial studio on brands like Bose, Ikea, Aldi, and Smirnoff. I am adamant that good lighting is one of the most essential pieces of the puzzle. These are shot entirely on film and have had minimal retouching (a few blemishes were removed on 5 of these images).
